The app is very slow. I now have to enroll Face ID every time I want to sign in. Very disappointed with their new system.

Ever since the update they changed usernames to no more than 12 characters which cause me to not be able to log in. What a terrible system, now I cannot see how much money I have. Thanks a lot North Coast!

Cannot log in anymore. Glitchy login error message mentions wrong answer to my secret question but never asked me the question. Sent my username and password via email but still not accepting them as login credentials.

Doesn’t show any pending purchases and my amount is still the same even after
 I used my card multiple times. Way better before you guys updated it.

Before it would tell me how much I have to pay for my credit card now it just say the balance and all transactions. I have to go through and add everything up... please just put it back to the old app.

I was so excited that NCCU was going to finally have an app so I could deposit checks from my phone like everyone else I know! Sad to say this app does not have that function :( please make that available to us!!!! Also every time I try to log in its a huge process, I end up trying like 5 times before it lets me in :(
