North Cowichan is home to a rich mix of flow, downhill, gravel and cross country trails for mountain biking mixed in with a myriad of hiking trails taking you to amazing vistas and vantage points among our Forest Reserves. Our key hiking and mountain biking destinations include Maple Mountain (first area featured in this app), Mount Tzouhalem (recently added) and Mount Prevost. I imagine someone with zero GUI experience printed a GIS map with some added layers, called it an app and some senior approved said app because neither one of them have ever been outside or has ever tried any mapping apps. We would like to see whether gates are open or closed and when and other useful features, not just pictures and explanation of said pictures, as if we all just got internet today. ### 1/5 — MNC Trails *2021-05-13, version 1.1.1* This app simply does not function. It tells us what various chart symbols do or mean but no charts are shown, nothing.
