## What is NORTH?

A leadership coach for new managers and team leaders. NORTH turns your real work situations into clear priorities, coaches you through tough calls and tracks 25 skills.

HOW IT WORKS
• A two-minute intake — your role, where you're heading, and a couple of real situations you've led through.
• NORTH builds your One Page: three priorities and clear first actions, grounded in your context.
• Talk it through with your AI Coach anytime — it knows your skills, your situations and your goals.
• Capture moments in your Leadership Journal, and a quick 60-Second Pulse each week keeps NORTH tuned to where you're at.

THE 25 SKILLS
A complete framework across five domains — from navigating the business to leading people — each with four capability levels from Foundation to Mastery. See exactly what each level looks like for every skill, so you can read honestly where you sit today.

WHO IT'S FOR
New managers finding their feet. Experienced leaders sharpening the edges. Anyone leading people in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or logistics.

NORTH Pro unlocks the full experience: the AI Coach, your Leadership Journal, the weekly Pulse, and your evolving One Page. Monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime — your data stays yours.
