## What is North Pole Console?

The professional command centre for Santa Claus.

North Pole Console turns your phone or iPad into Santa's own instrument: a beautiful, believable prop for in-person visits, with a private backstage where everything is prepared long before the doorbell rings.

One long-press switches between the two faces of the app, so the room only ever sees what Santa means them to see.

SHOW MODE, FOR THE ROOM

• The Nice List: break the wax seal, watch the official register search thousands of entries, and reveal each child's name, inked in and stamped VERIFIED NICE
• The Nice-O-Meter: a brass gauge that scans the room and delivers its verdict on the spot
• Santa Tracker: the radar sweeps, locks on, and announces the very town you are standing in
• Reindeer Gallery: portraits, stablemaster logbooks and live stable cams for the whole herd, including one special operative
• The Christmas Fireside: classic poems and stories in a candlelit reader with gentle auto-scroll, sized for reading aloud
• Messages from the North Pole: notes from the workshop, the stables and Mrs Claus

PREP MODE, FOR YOU ALONE

• Visit Tools: each child's name, age, pronunciation, wish and proudest achievement on a quiet cue card, ready seconds before the door opens
• Scheduled messages: arrange for the workshop to "call Santa home" at just the right moment, hands free
• Printable keepsakes: official Nice List certificates and story sheets, ready for the printer
• Rehearse every reveal before you are in front of an audience

• Everything you enter stays on your device: no accounts, no uploads, nothing shared
• A long-press guard on the mode switch, so little fingers cannot wander backstage

Paste a favourite story, poem or carol into the Christmas Fireside and it
joins your library — same reader, same auto-scroll, same printable sheet
as the pieces that come with the app. Text copied from a PDF has its line
breaks tidied automatically.

You can also choose the sound a scheduled message makes when it arrives.

IMPORT A DAY'S BOOKINGS
Load your day from a spreadsheet. Export a CSV from your booking system and the console reads the names, ages, notes and wishes straight into Up Next. Children on the same booking are grouped into one visit automatically. You see exactly what will be added before anything joins the queue, the file is read on device and never uploaded.

NO NAME NEEDED
A new Backstage option for where you don't have names in advance. The Nice List still verifies with all the ceremony, just without asking for a name first.

RUNNING THE QUEUE
Mark a family as seen, move the next one to the front if they arrive early, and clear the day down when you're finished — with a chance to undo if you tap by mistake.

MORE ROOM FOR DETAIL
Record special requirements, a present type and the booker's surname alongside each child, so nothing has to be held in your head on the day.
