It’s very frustrating trying to check the balance of my account. It’s a constant Aunt. Their answer is to call instead of actually making the links in the app perform the functions they describe. Transferring to an external account or paying bills repeatedly doesn’t work. “Try again later.”, is the response. Contacting them through email kicks you out of the app and to their website, where supposedly you’re linked in to a secure method of contact. I got a response in my email box telling me to go back to the site, log in and use the secure contact link to send them a message. No response to my question! Pure runaround! ### 2/5 — So BAD! Face ID is a joke! *2024-12-17, version 24.2.50* I would love this app if it was’t for the fact that ever other day it errors out and says I have to reset everything. So then I’ll try to log in with just my password and then that doesn’t work either. I usually have to wait like 4 hours before I can finally log in again at which point I have to remember to turn back on the Face ID option again. It’s so frustrating. Obviously it does this so much I’ve decided I needed to leave a review. Hence my title. - The app has you check back later quite often, as many have claimed after 9-5, but that’s crazy if it’s accurate. So your app won’t let you log in, check balances, make transfers, or receive text updates for balance/transactions/alerts. Having banked with North Shore through years and years of this, it’s just kinda tiring to see nothing has been done about it. - Zelle has been a transfer option in the app for about a year now (if not longer), and STILL does not function. This makes bank to bank transfers tedious and frustrating. All to end up making an in-person visit unavoidable. I just hope this makes it to the app developers, and you can receive this just as constructive criticism. It’s two fixes.
