Champions Hub now opens on the App MVB race. Sharing got rebuilt: cards are the size Instagram actually wants, you drag the photo to frame it, and the shop's town prints correctly instead of a zip code. Plus fixes to profile cards, feed filters and missing profile pictures. Beef Madness moved Beef Madness is no longer the first thing you see when you open Champions Hub. It is still in the app, one tab over, and nothing about it was deleted. Every bracket, every past champion, the live vote counting and the whole seeding system are exactly where they were. It moved because it is not being run. The bracket needs somebody to start a season, and it does not look like we're going to run one here. App MVB is the thing that actually happens every month, so that is what the hub opens on now. Putting a tournament that nobody is running in front of a competition that runs every month was the wrong way round. If that changes, it is one switch and Beef Madness is back on the front page where it was. ### 2.2.7 — 2026-08-06 This update covers the last two releases. Open now Shop cards, shop pages and the map now show whether a place is open right now, with the time it closes, or when it opens next if it's closed. The map's "open only" filter uses the same answer, so the map and the cards can't disagree anymore. Times are read properly, not your phone's time, so a shop doesn't look closed just because you're traveling. Late night spots that run past midnight are handled properly. If a shop's hours aren't something we can read with confidence, we show nothing at all instead of guessing. No badge beats a wrong badge. Temporarily closed shops say so, with the reason and how long, and that clears itself when the closure window ends. Shops that only serve on certain days keep showing their own days text. Review drafts save themselves Start writing a review, get interrupted, and it's still there when you come back. One draft at a time, kept for a week, everything except your photos and video. You get the option to pick up where you left off or start fresh. Find people to follow If your Following feed is empty, we now suggest active reviewers worth following, ranked by how much they actually post. Follow right from the list without losing your place. Boost details on shop pages Shops that aren't boosted now show a plain list of what boosting includes, so an owner can see what they'd get without having to ask. Fixes Fixed the avatar flicker. Profile pictures were being thrown away and rebuilt every time part of the screen updated, which is why it got worse while you were typing. They now stay put. Fixed a bug where adding photos to a shop could fail and report that no files were uploaded, even though your photos were attached. Removed a placeholder advertisement that could appear in the feed by mistake. Cleaned up a wide class of stale-data bugs behind the scenes. Unsaving a post now removes it from your Saved list right away, posting a review updates the shop page and the top rated lists immediately, and follow and unfollow update everywhere at once. ### 2.2.5 — 2026-08-01 Your favorite beeferies deserve to be approved. Well now its easy. Any shop that keeps a 8+ average across 20+ reviews earns the NSB Approved badge automatically, no waiting around, and we get notified to mail out (or drop off) a sticker.
