I went on line and through the app. I got as far as “booking information-vehicle registration.” I entered my car’s registration to be checked against the DVLA database. I pressed enter and a little blue dot appeared in the middle for about 15 seconds. It then disappeared and left me at the same place as before. It would not let me go any further, without explanation. I tried numerous times without success.
