I’m having exactly the same problem and same error message about too many concurrent sessions. That is despite numerous emails; they still haven’t resolved the problem for me. Been going on for more than a month.

App doesn’t play videos anymore, and when I login and try online, it says I have “too many concurrent sessions”.

I’m only logged in on my phone.

If the money didn’t go to the club, I would have cancelled
