And I don’t like your app. Not likely to stay with you very long! ### 5/5 — Online check deposit very difficult *2025-02-27* Even though the check I am depositing has a box to check and says “check here if for mobile deposit” and I check the box, it rejects my check. Then I had “for mobile deposit only” using the “mobile deposit” words that were printed on there already and adding “for” and “only” but it was rejected a second time. I had to write in huge letters “for mobile deposit only” which is ridiculous because it was already on the check that I was submitting. This system should learn how to recognize that! It is very annoying. ### 5/5 — Mobile deposit issues *2024-10-28* Sometimes the mobile deposit works, and sometimes it doesn’t and if it doesn’t, you’ve already endorsed it for mobile deposit only you can’t take it to a branch.
