I've played several in the series and they are fun and good for replying,too. My only complaint with this one is that it won't give me the "score 10k on one level" achievement,even though I've done it multiple times. So I can't access the bonus levels. Out of all games in this category this is one of the better ones... But as much as I like it, I refuse to pay over 5.99 for this category because most games have a game time of no more than 3 or 4days I like the idea of watching adds to unblock a scenario...since I’m always multi tasking, it’s very convenient for me... Not very challenging, so it’s a a good game for beginner. 😉 ### 1/5 — Played it for years under Realore but now nothing under Qumaron *2018-12-18* So Qumaron took over Realore games and now can’t play NT (Northern Tale) 3 or NT 1 & 2. I have tried their game code steps several times in 2 of their games (Island Tribe series also) and their method has never worked. Plus they only allow you to put it on 1 device even if, like me, you have 2 iPhones that you use it on. My old phone is a backup in case my other is down or when my newer phone is charging. So now I have 2 phones where it won’t work. I used to play all 4 iOS versions over and over. Now I can only play northern tale 4 because it restored when I clicked already purchased. They no longer offer or support northern tale 1 & 2 on iOS 11 or greater. Rip off company. I spend a lot of time waiting in doctors’ offices and played these games over & over especially after I could no longer play New Yankee in King Arthur’s Court games. But now there is nothing left to play but boring Solitaire or Euchre games. **Developer response:** Our team apologize for this situation. I share with my sister and I recommended that she try this game. She downloaded it from my account and after playing five levels got asked to buy the full version, so she did. I had already paid for this game and got charged again. I have all the Northern Tale games and every time I download one from the cloud i have to restore my purchase. It’s infuriating and I’m beginning to believe it’s a scam to make us pay again if we forgot about already purchasing. Nevertheless, if you click the buy button, Apple will show the message that you've already purchase it. ### 1/5 — **UPDATE***Rip off company *2018-05-31* Don’t do business with this developer and here’s another reason why... **After leaving the review that follows, the developer sent message through Apple stating they had a solution, but the developers were unreachable. No contact from them. Then they left a response stating the issue had been resolved. It was not. Nothing was done. Nothing. Now they are asking me to revise my review. So here it is. Wish I could give it ZERO stars for wasting my time. Most of the games are still unplayable on IPad and for the few that are, I was still billed AGAIN for games I had already paid for. Original review: Many of us paid for a bundle of similar games only to have them rendered unusable when the developer failed to update the versions for compatibility with newer IOS. Now they are updating one at a time and want to charge full price for each individual game. We paid top dollar for the bundled games already. Not only are most of them unplayable now on new IOS, but now we are being charged AGAIN for individual games as they are finally being updated. Apple Store should not allow this. This developer is DISHONEST and uses DECEPTIVE practices. Violation of contact and destroys customer confidence. Shame on you, Realore!!! **Developer response:** The new versions of our games (for iOS11) are new app in App Store. And a function "Restore" works differently. No matter which path you try you will be short what is needed to open up the way to restore the farm or mechanic’s hut. Either way you are dead in the water. So the ONLY possible option is to wait for the timer to give random resources. But you have to wait SO long there is not even close to enough time to complete the level. What a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Game has a glitch or cheats!! *2023-03-15* Love this game but I have finished all 45 levels and 5 bonus levels with 3 stars twice! When I finish the 5th bonus level it shows 147 stars instead of 150... Twice! I left the game and came back & now it has erased/blacked out some of the levels that were completed. What gives?? Are there only 45 levels to this? Very dissatisfied and disappointed. ### 1/5 — Great game but it’s stuck *2021-01-18* Lovely easy game to play and relax with!!! However the game has a bug/glitch at level 40 you can’t finish it... so total waste of money.... You click on a supply and the game doesn’t register it. Instead it ‘turns off’ the supply so it takes multiple clicks for it to work. There is no way to complete levels. On some levels there were challenges that were not visible and I could never find them, so I can’t go farther in the game. Most of them, however, no longer work with the latest version of iOS. I would expect devs would update their games, particularly if they’re paid games. Truly disappointing. ### 1/5 — Restore not working! *2020-05-22* Bought this game as part of a bundle and the app is trying to make me pay for it again! Restore doesn't work. And instead of FIXING the issue, the company that took over Realore wants me to give them my Apple ID in order to "permit" me to play a game I already PAID for. I don't give my Apple ID to anyone other than Apple. This company should be prohibited from selling ANY apps until they fix the issue. Update: After breaking down and giving them my Apple ID, they now want me to scroll through the hundreds of purchases in my purchase history and take screen shots of EACH game I purchased from them in order to be allowed to play the games I already paid for! I have reported this company to Apple and the BBB. UPDATE: company finally gave me codes for games I already paid for but they only worked once. I had to delete game to save space on my iPad and after buying another iPad, downloaded game again. I was not happy. After communicating with Qumaron on several occasions, they helped me get my games back! They were very patient and thorough and I appreciate that so much! Awesome company! Auch dieser Teil ist anspruchsvoll, man muss durchaus ab und zu neu beginnen und sich eine Strategie zurechtlegen. Aber alle Levels sind in der vorgegebenen Zeit mit drei Sternen zu schaffen, wenn auch manchmal erst im zweiten oder dritten Anlauf. Die Grafik ist aufwändig und liebevoll gestaltet und das Spiel läuft bei mir flüssig, ohne abzustürzen. Kurze Anmerkung noch zu dem Kommentar, dass in bestimmten Leveln Nahrung fehlt und man nicht weiterkommt. In dem Fall gibt es sicher irgendwo einen Teich mit Fischen, den man leerfischen kann. Das ist nicht immer sehr offensichtlich und man muss oft gut schauen, um ihn zu finden, aber alle Level sind spielbar. ### 5/5 — Awesome Games; Wonderful Customer Support *2018-09-28* I purchased each of the games in this series and love playing each one. When Qumaron updated many of their games to iOS 11, for some reason, my apps didn’t update. I contacted their customer support team and they responded very quickly (many times, they responded within minutes) and worked with me until all of my issues were resolved with each of my games. Excellent company to work with. Games are so interesting, I just can’t stop playing them. Can’t wait for the next one! Qumaron made good! *2018-07-09* Update - it took a few days (which, in our world of instant gratification seemed like an eternity!), but Qumaron made good on their promise and sent redemption codes for all games I sent verification for. Yay! Thanks for letting me play my favorite games without having to repay! I have to agree with the previous posts. I, too, have purchased multiple games from Realore that no longer work due to the new IOS. I emailed the new developer Qumaron with screenshots showing when the titles had been purchased and heard nothing.
