Staff is super nice and accommodating they removed the fee that was added to my acct but I’m still super confused how this error could even occur. The bank ledger like Activity is helpful in showing the balance on each step. However, the app is hindered by what I call old school bank thinking. I also have access to apps from the big dogs - and there is untapped potential. This app is slow to load and has features that are difficult to find. For example I setup auto pay for my mortgage. The amount changed and I had to call customer service to help find where the settings were. It was in a non intuitive spot. You’d think it was under scheduled transfers. Nope. And when I changed the value it immediately made an extra payment. Several features launch into what appears to be some other website. It works and has been solid / no malfunctions.
