What I’m not happy about is how Walmart is able to take EBT through the app yet Nothgate can’t. However I just checked my credit card statement and the payment did go through but when I go to my purchase history it says I didn’t order anything. Now I have to go to the store and try to fix it. Hopefully they’re understanding and can help me because there is no online customer support. Do not use this app! ### 2/5 — Deleted *2021-09-10* I ordered today and went for pick up but has to pay inside. They charged me a service fee of $5 that I wasn’t even aware I had to pay. I was caught by surprise. I also was given a cart with my items. I guess I expected more of a Walmart pick up lol. Cause you order it and check in when on your way pull up and they come out within 5 min and load up your trunk and you’re good to go. Here you had to call them to let them know you’ve arrived. Obviously the convenience of not having to shop when in 9 months pregnant about to pop helped but not happy with the app. Won’t be using it anymore. ### 4/5 — Need some updates *2024-04-28* The pronto site is easy to use, but it needs some work.
