However, the iPhone app is unable to setup external transfers, making it useless. The browser website is almost as bad, gets frequently locked out or has other issues. This is the worst experience for a mortgage servicer I’ve had in 5 homes in the last 15 years. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
