I can only get on my phone but not the iPad. I could use both before but not now  very frustrating also asking for nick name  I have tried 7 and they are already taken

The update is useless. It won’t let me log into my account. I am 100% sure my login information is correct but it keeps telling me it’s not and now I can’t cash my checks or check my account. Fix this please

It's amazing, when I choose to sign out of the app to make my banking information more secure I need to then use my full password, re-add a 4 digit passcode, then wait for verification every time I want to use the app. Just use a full password and allow for a Touch ID to log in. That is more secure than a 4 digit code.

I have not seen any improvement from the app change. I did however being locked out of my account while waiting to get new user information so that was nice. They added some more things that are basically useless being that I removed them from dashboard and can manage everything I did before. I have to give a star to write the review. The app works, but I’ve yet to see why they changed it.

I absolutely love Northstar Bank and the staffing there.  Especially the ones in Algonac Michigan. They’re always there to help me and always are so kind. I would recommend Northstar Bank to anybody they are truly amazing!”
