I used to buy them all at a local meat market the time at Keller’s Meat Market on EUBANK in the the Heights’ when I lived in Albuquerque NM in season or out. Disappointed because I really wanted to buy some LAMB bones to cook / mix with my Bison bones to make homemade wild game Bones Broth, Next Time.
