The NorthStar Connect® Remote Services app gives you complete control of your Honeywell security system,  thermostats, lighting, locks and more, plus the ability to receive text messages and email alerts, view live video and see your video doorbell events, locate vehicles or assets*— in real-time where ever you are 24 hours a day.

Your app freezes and fails every time. When I drop this service it will be because of your poor quality app. It freezes every time I try to edit a scene, very frustrating!

This company will sell you a service and equipment that they will then sell off to someone else like ADT, or Brinks. The worst part is the new company will tell you their with time that the Northstar equipment and system is no longer compatible and you will need to repurchase new equipment to stay with them. So you get stuck with old equipment that you can’t use with anyone, or having to buy everything all over again just to have service.

I have never been so upset dealing with a company as I am dealing with ADT. I have called for help, gotten hung up on disrespected, been put on hold for a long time , put on a call back and never been called back. I want to cancel my service and haven’t even been able to do that.  As for your star rating I rate you 0.

Cameras drop offline periodically for no apparent reason.
Cameras often do not detect segments of motion. 

SCAM!
After changing internet service, the garage camera/sensor is completely inoperable and requires a service call to “fix it” at a required fee of $150 to $200.
