Thumbs Up! It looks like it's supposed to be automatic but it works so intermittently that I don't even bother with it. ### 1/5 — MLS Numbers *2014-03-01, version 2.1* I'm not able to search by MLS numbers with the update. ### 1/5 — Rental search not possible. Condo only? This app is worthless for urban Realtors. *2014-02-27* First impressions are not good. For me, the app seems to be horrible as it was before. 1. When you select "single family rental" the app does not change the pricing options. Meaning, your lowest price range is $0 to $50,000. Thanks a bunch, that will be very useful for all my "up to $50,000/mo" tenants I work with. 2. There does not appear to be a way to select only condos or town homes or both. If this is hidden under the style tab I'm not seeing it. Clearly this app was designed and then re-designed for Realtors who only do sales which I realize is the majority. It seems crazy however that Northstar MLS cannot include such basic features found online. ### 1/5 — Not for buyers *2014-01-31, version 1.8.2* Apparently just for agents. Fail.
