I’ve been told if I want to use the banking app I have to buy a new phone! I’m thinking it’s a lot less expensive to switch banks

I have finger ID on but every month or so it decides I need to type in my password, and recently it booted me entirely and didn’t save me ID or password or let me log in

I have never had so much trouble with an app. This one has left me hanging on my banking more times than I can count. It is regularly “experiencing difficulties.” It’s going to make me change my bank. Too many years of this.

I try to sign in and it keeps asking me security questions, it's never ending. Worst app ever!!

I appreciate safety around banking, however this app is constantly rejecting correct passwords or locking users out of their accounts.

Very iffy on whether or not it’s going to work, I don’t use it very often so it doesn’t save my fingerprint ID; I’d like if they added somewhere to actually check your info (like username) in the app itself. Tends to always have issues when I go to use it. But when it works it works well generally, I’ve never had issues depositing checks or anything.

It’s a great app! Makes it easy for our family to track our finances and transfer funds virtually is a nice option too. It’s been great since the update, my only wish is that they’d bring back the Face ID log in for the app. It was much more convenient.
