Either have to put password in again when it should use face is or It says error cant process. Yes phone has been restarted. App has been redownloaded. Have called to get my password changed and have had it written down to remember, I put in my password since it wouldn’t recognize my face, and it keeps saying it can’t recognize my credentials, this has happened numerous times before and I’ve moved two hours away from this bank, it’s definitely no longer worth putting up with this bull! ### 2/5 — New version is super slow and glitchy *2022-11-10, version 22.1.102* The new version combines the banking app and card control app together. Separately these apps are great. The new app prohibits the old out from opening and direct you to use the new updated app. The new combined app is very glitchy and very slow. I’m hoping that development reads this and simplifies the card side of the app. We sat spending limits on the card and have to frequently raise it and the new app takes nearly 3 times longer to do what we used to. ### 1/5 — Credit cards *2022-11-07, version 22.1.102* Elan is doing a poor job. Your sending me apps to do things with my cards and Elan doesn’t support them. It could not verify my information I tried about 15 times. Now this morning at 10 o’clock it works. It would be really nice to be able to make external transfers to other bank accounts on the app. It would also be nice to be able to add and verify these accounts through the app. ### 2/5 — Ok but zelle doesn’t work *2019-08-24, version 19.1.40* Everything is goo except for Zelle. Had my account and everything validated. Just kept telling me this service isn’t available right now and to check later. Called them, they didn’t know what the problem was. Wanted me to come in and have them check it out. I’ll just stick to Venmo at least it’s reliable. ### 1/5 — Was Good *2014-11-01, version 4.5.177* I used to use this app all the time to monitor my accounts, but since the iOS update I haven't been able to get back on to that app. The only option it gives is "username" which I sadly can't remember, I guess (even though I use the same username for everything). This app needs a password recovery link, because I know I'd be back to loving the use of this app with use of monitoring my accounts, till then, this app is terrible and low tech to what it could be. ### 2/5 — Locked password *2014-06-22, version 4.3.230* I've always had the same password, for some reason it keeps telling me it's not the right password and now I can't get into my account, this isn't the first time it's happened. I love their app and their Live Banker drive-up service! ### 5/5 — Best Banking App I’ve Used - Pleasantly Surprised *2021-09-12, version 21.1.30* After searching for months for a bank with a solid app and online portal, I was surprised that our regional bank here in Omaha NE has one of the best. I used about 10 other banks in the last few years trying to find someone that fits my needs to manage a small business and personal checking account through the same portal. NW Bank does this and it’s very intuitive to use. The credit score tracking feature in the app is also one of the best I’ve used. Gives all the info I need in a well designed interface. It’s better than Credit Karma. All this plus I have had great interactions every time I’ve had to call and talk with someone at the bank.
