Won't give enough info. Payment due dates are confusing. Won't alert for late payments. Customer service won't answer calls. Won't call back despite requesting a callback. ### 1/5 — Login *2026-08-17, version 25.2.0* Logging in is always such a process compared to other banking apps. Feels like you work harder to keep your customers out of it rather than the real fraudsters ### 1/5 — This app is trash *2026-08-13, version 25.2.0* This app is horrid in its fashion of logging in and managing money. My Face ID doesn’t work anymore, my automatic password fill asks me twice every time I log in if I want to switch accounts or change something and I have to click ignore just to maintain my login progress, and every two or three weeks I am unable to transfer money between accounts at instant speed because there’s “a lot of traffic” and everybody is “working behind the scenes to make things right.” Yeah ok. ### 4/5 — Turn *2026-08-13, version 25.2.0* It would be nice if the app would work as you turn the screen sideways on an iPad. ### 1/5 — What Happened *2026-08-10, version 25.2.0* Up until this latest update I’ve had no problems with this app whatsoever at all. Now, every time that I try to login using the biometrics, it’s saying that I’ve entered invalid information so when I try to enter my password, it also says that is invalid! Now the app just freezes when I go to login. Have done every stupid human trick restarting phone, etc. it’s just a recurring thing for the northwest bank to have the worst app and interface for years now. The app was tough to maneuver. In trying to set up auto payment it didn’t work for me (user error). I talked to customer service the first time and he was helpful. He shared a lot of info but missed an important detail. I called today to get help. O was on hold forever, selected the callback feature and got no call back then I called again to speak with two agents that could not help. I’m stuck here for the dilution of my loan that is just getting started.
