I quite literally have to reset my password every single day because “we are unable to validate your information”.

You can’t even use app anymore if you have the newer iPhones which is ridiculous! I wish they’d fix it.

This bank app has to be the clunkiest and most out of date app out there currently. And that is if the app hasn’t locked you out of your account for no reason. I’m glad I kept my old bank account from out of state (which I love!) and have slowly migrated back to until I find a different credit union near me that has current technology that I can move to.

Why is it that I can no longer send funds from my account to another of my accounts at a different financial institution? I used to be able to do this in the previous version of the app, but it looks like this option had been removed.

Worked when I first downloaded the app. Now even if you click the button, nothing happens.

I don’t get checks very often and they’re kind of a hassle so nice to have a bank that you could use the app to cash the check with your phone very easily a lot simpler than other check, cashing apps and they don’t take any money away from you
