Last year when they changed it, sure, there were some changes I wasn’t used to. But I just called the bank and they helped me find everything I needed. I like them, but lost faith 10 years ago that they might prioritize a mobile banking experience. Terrible app; website almost as bad. Why not fire the dev rather than keep pointing fingers? Look at how Capital One, Chase, Citi, BOA, or any of you competitors do it. Strive to be a little more like any of them. You can improve login, app design, ability to interact with accounts, xfer money in and out, and please please please make it faster to move money from my couch rather than driving to Fryeburg and standing in line. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Better late than never. I’d suggest scrap it and start again.
