The menu is also almost the same every day, so we chose to dine at the Hudson’s Restaurant on Deck 7 instead. Their menu changes daily, and the food is quite good. The day before, we saw a couple come out of the restaurant looking extremely angry and wondered what had happened. Today, we found out for ourselves. 😤 On Day 5, we ordered drinks, appetizers, main courses, and desserts from a female server all at once. One of our two drinks never arrived, but we let it go because the restaurant was busy. After finishing our main course, we waited 30 minutes for our desserts, only to find out that the server had never placed the dessert order! She didn’t apologize and even asked whether we had ordered dessert. The long wait also caused us to miss a show we had planned to see. It completely ruined our mood. We always leave an extra tip on the table, even though the cruise already charges $20 per person per day in service fees. So, if you want to read about your excursion at all when you’re off the boat, you cannot see it. The app would be good, if you can access it the whole duration of your vacation, but you cannot. However, Norwegian by far is our favorite and it always will be. The latitude program is an incredible program that allows you to gain access to different things on the ship as you can go up and status. We love you NCL . The ship was lovely, but the app would glitch and lag frequently if I was not connected to the limited time WiFi on board. I booked a cruise months ago but didn’t realize that is was not a closed loop cruise. Today I went to cancel this cruise and was told that I would lose all of my deposit unless I booked another cruise which never in the past had happened. They never ever charged to cancel if you were outside of the 100 days and I was. Well I went looked at the cruises and called them back with the new cruise information and they then told me that there was $300 change fee! I told them keep my deposit that I was not going to book a new cruise. I then told them to cancel the other two cruises that I had booked in 2027 as well. What is going with this cruise line. If you are going to book a cruise with them MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE GOING BECAUSE ANY DEPOSIT NO MATTER WHEN YOU CANCEL IS THERE MONEY!
