## What is Norwegian Nouns?

Stop guessing between en, ei, and et.

En Ei Et is a focused game for learning Norwegian Bokmål noun gender. Instead of staring at a word list, you hear, recognize, and sort useful nouns in short playable rounds until the right article becomes easier to recall.

LEARN THROUGH REPEATED CONTACT

Study a small set of nouns with English meanings and Norwegian pronunciation. Then explore the game board, choose words that match the current article, and review every answer when the round ends.

BUILD LASTING RECALL

Words move from new to in progress to mastered as you answer them correctly across multiple rounds. Difficult words return for more practice, while mastered words can reappear later as reviews.

PRACTISE USEFUL BOKMÅL VOCABULARY

• Work through A1, A2, B1, and B2 learning pools
• Distinguish masculine en, feminine ei, and neuter et nouns
• Hear clear Norwegian pronunciation
• Review English meanings and helpful word notes
• Enable strict feminine mode to practise ei whenever it is accepted
• Track progress, streaks, difficult words, and achievements on your device

COMPLETE A1 FREE

Every A1 level is included at no cost. One small, one-time in-app purchase unlocks all A2, B1, and B2 content. There is no subscription and no advertising.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account is required. Learning progress and settings stay on your device, and the app contains no advertising or analytics SDK.

En Ei Et is a focused companion for a Norwegian course, class, textbook, or self-study routine. It does not try to replace a complete language course. It makes one stubborn part of learning Norwegian more memorable: knowing which noun goes with en, ei, or et.
