I’ve just canceled my subscription as the sports news does not update. No help received from the help (ha ha ha ) desk as they like to call it.

Seem to get access to pay subscription but not to read evening news which is the main reason i subscribed

**Developer response:** We're sorry to hear that you have experienced problems reading the paper within the app. Unfortunately we experienced a temporary glitch with the Editions section of the app earlier this week, which has now been resolved. If you can please uninstall and reinstall the app, you should then be able to read the paper again with no further problems. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
