When I was first signing up, they were extremely patient and kind on the phone walking me through the process on their website. I've used the service twice now and both times were with outstanding results. I highly recommend Noscrubs for all of your laundry needs! I assume it varies depending on the person you get but my experience was great it was like a 3 hour turn around and clothes were clean and folded when I got it back. There have been really great ones and I’m not trying to be negative but there have been ones that returned my clothes with bleach marks, one printed graphic tee that was damaged, and now the last service today they dried clothes that I said to hang dry so now they’ll be much smaller. Would not recommend. Better to spend more money and time at the laundromat yourself. **Developer response:** I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. That’s not the standard we aim for. Just to clarify, we do not use bleach unless it’s specifically provided by the customer, so we’d definitely want to look into what may have happened in that case. Regarding the damaged graphic tee, there was a processing issue on our end, and we did make sure to reimburse you for the cost of that item. As for the drying instructions, we understand how frustrating that is. We take care instructions seriously, and missing something like “hang dry” isn’t acceptable. We’ll be addressing this with our team to prevent it from happening again. We truly appreciate you giving us multiple chances and your honest feedback. If I do a one time pickup it’s just that not a subscription.DO NOT DO THIS EVER. ### 1/5 — Do NOT use *2025-11-09* Absolutely horrible experience with them, clothes came back wet and when they said they’d dry again I told them it needs to be WASHED and dried again they only dried it and my clothes continued to smell, I had to wash myself. They didn’t even come and do the right thing. Thank you for the feedback. It helps us improve. ### 1/5 — It’s all smoke and mirrors *2025-09-26* The “laundry detergent”, if you could call it that, is not adequate enough to clean your clothes. The workers get paid pennies on the dollar, and are expected to work miracles and perfectly fold each piece of laundry within an unreasonable timeframe. The company owners have way too much overhead costs, and don’t have a sustainable business model. “Customer service” is just one person in India so if you use the service, don’t count on being able to get in touch with them if you have any problems. **Developer response:** Thanks for sharing your feedback. This review was not left by a customer, but by a former independent contractor who unfortunately did not meet our criteria to be a member of the NoScrubs Team. We are extremely transparent during our new Scrubber onboarding process about both pay and job performance. We value and support the independent workers on our platform, many of whom have built reliable, flexible income through our system. We're committed to fairness, accountability, and doing right by both customers and contractors. One note *2026-06-30* Really simple, efficient, seamless, quick process. Inexpensive in my opinion as well, for what is being offered/done. Both times, the representative/pick-up was kind and quick. I was hesitant both times to just leave my bags outside the door, so they were kind enough to knock. The drop off is simple: you’ll get a text saying complete once it’s outside your door. I only gave 4 stars because I think they should let you know when they’re in-route.
