About Subscription
- To access all features listed above, you must make a weekly or annual purchase.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Cost depends on the plan selected.

How do we handle face data?
- We collect the photos you upload to generate an image.
- We use the uploaded photo solely to create n image. Once the image is generated, we immediately delete the original photo from our servers.
- We do not share face data with any third parties. The data is temporarily processed on our secure servers and deleted immediately after the image is created.
- We retain face data only for the duration of the image generation process, and it is deleted immediately afterward.

it forces you to answer a million redundant questions with extremely corny multiple choice answers. after going through all of that and then finally getting to upload your picture, you end up having to pay to see the result. stop wasting my time and just be transparent. so stupid

**Developer response:** We strongly disagree with the claim that Nosefix is advertised as a free app.

The questions in the app are not designed to waste your time. They are part of the personalization process and help our AI understand the type of nose shape and result you are looking for before generating your simulation.

Nosefix is not a basic photo filter. Creating a personalized nose edit or rhinoplasty simulation based on your own facial structure requires significant AI processing power and infrastructure, which is why the service is not completely free.

We want to be transparent about what Nosefix offers: a specialized AI tool designed to visualize potential nose changes on your own face, rather than simply applying a generic filter.

I CANCELED 5 minutes after purchasing. Apple said I was ineligible for a refund of $9.61, charged to my PayPal account!!!!!

They charged my card and didn’t give me access to the app… and canceling subscription is no where to be found.

If you were charged but did not receive access to the features you purchased, that is not the intended behavior of the app. Please contact us so we can investigate your purchase and help resolve the issue.

Regarding subscription cancellation, subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed directly through Apple's subscription system. Nosefix cannot cancel or modify an App Store subscription on your behalf.

Precisamente uno de los objetivos de Nosefix es ayudarte a visualizar cómo podría verse tu nariz después de determinados cambios antes de tomar una decisión sobre una rhinoplasty. La aplicación está diseñada para generar una simulación basada en tu propio rostro, no una imagen genérica.

Además, dentro de la aplicación encontrarás una guía con indicaciones sobre cómo tomar y subir correctamente tu foto para obtener el mejor resultado posible. La calidad y el ángulo de la foto pueden influir en la simulación, por eso incluimos estas indicaciones desde el primer paso.
