### 3/5 — Confusing and won’t let me out of the app!

The app itself is somewhat confusing as it doesn’t state what part of the program your doing. For example it doesn’t say let’s do stretches or let do the push ups it just presumes you know what your doing. 
My main gripe is that once I’ve finished it simply won’t let me out of the app! All other apps and uses on my iPhone XS Max swipe from left to right and the app will minimum allowing you to close it, this however will not respond to that command so if someone is able to help with that I’d be grateful as I have to switch the phone off to close the bloody thing!

I had problems with app.  I deleted then installed app again.  Now I got all the ads back.  What is the deal?  Also I had to delete again cause app froze.
