Because I didn’t have a need to maintain it, I canceled. When the need arose, I signed up again not realizing it was a different email address. Long story short, I’ve been trying to get the account linked to the primary account and have received no response via their customer service email. Every time I try resetting the password, the page is down. This has been going on for over a week. When I try to put singers in from the actual app and not the website, it just keeps refreshing itself. From the web version it won’t even let me put the singers in.
