Because I didn’t have a need to maintain it, I canceled. When the need arose, I signed up again not realizing it was a different email address. Long story short, I’ve been trying to get the account linked to the primary account and have received no response via their customer service email. Every time I try resetting the password, the page is down. This has been going on for over a week. There are better options out there for this type of service. ### 1/5 — No works *2024-11-29* No works ### 3/5 — Buggy, needs more QA testing *2024-11-08* I’ve been testing this app and I absolutely love the concept as a mobile DJ. But it’s not ready for prime time. Very buggy. ### 3/5 — UPDATES *2024-10-15* There needs to be an actual “Update” button/icon when newer versions come out. As it stands now I can’t find a way to do an actual update or even check within the app the see the current version that I have. This makes it impossible to update or even see what version I am currently on. Other than these issues the app is very useful. ### 4/5 — Keeps crashing *2025-06-12* App is awesome! Tips, less interaction with drunk people during karaoke…BUT for some reason it keeps crashing on me. When I try to put singers in from the actual app and not the website, it just keeps refreshing itself. From the web version it won’t even let me put the singers in. I’m not sure what’s going on, but please fix it ASAP. Thanks, A LOVER OF FHE APP! **Developer response:** So sorry that you experienced this issue. We have made a number of updates of the app since June of 2025 and none of these issues currently exist. I do a lot of school dances and this is a game changer. I use ask the Dj But kids never put the songs in correct. I have been using since they started with the web app, and I can tell they have DJs behind the team. This new iPhone App is so convenient and very intuitive and easy to use.
