## What is Not Now?

Not Now is a small self-management tool for moments when you are pulled into worries about things that have not happened yet.

Some worries cannot be solved right now. Thinking about them over and over can make the future feel closer and heavier than it is. Not Now gives you a simple practice: if it does not need action right now, tap "Handle it later" and earn one point for returning to the present.

If the situation truly needs attention, write one tiny next step. Not a full life plan, just one action you can do in the next 10 minutes.

You can use Not Now to:
