Never was sent, a week later one sent countless emails and no reply. Either a bunch of scam thieves or terrible customer service. Product looks great, but after inputting all info for personalised gift, website will not allow to purchase. Says “oops, there's an error at our end, we’re working on it” Help team advised to use google chrome (already was) and delete cache (already had) but was simply directed to do this again, even though I told them I'd done this. Other option was to get an app- I'm sick of needing an app for everything. It did work, but obviously had to start from scratch. So my recommendation would be don't bother with their website. Time consuming, unnecessarily frustrating process to order online. Do better NOTHS - someone with appropriate tech expertise can help. Some of the language they use is so cringe and I have absolutely no idea why they moved away from their more professional branding. Love the sellers but the brand is putting me off. What I do now is just go direct to the seller as it is usually cheaper. NOTHS is great for discovering products, not so much for buying them. ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2023-01-03* My husband ordered a Christmas present for me on the 14th December. He had a confirmation email from NOTHS and also from Hurley Burley ( the supplier of the gift) saying they had taken the £48 of his account and would write to him when dispatched. Despite numerous emails ( to which NOTHS has replied but Hurley Burley hasn’t) and phone calls to Hurley Burley which are never answered, we are still waiting for the present. I’ve had good experiences before with NOTHS but after this one, I doubt whether either of us will be using them again and certainly not if Hurley Burley are the supplier!
