## What is Not Rot?

Not Rot helps you reduce screen time, stop doomscrolling, and earn your brain rot time by
taking quick, active-recall quizzes on topics you actually want to learn.

Complete quick quizzes to earn Focus Tokens, then use those tokens to unlock your
 distracting apps.
If you don’t earn enough tokens… those apps stay blocked.
It’s simple, powerful, and surprisingly fun.

 How It Works

 - Block distracting apps you catch yourself mindlessly opening throughout the day
 - Create or AI-generate quizzes on school subjects, languages, trivia, or custom topics
 - Earn Focus Tokens by testing your memory with quick active-recall rounds
 - Spend tokens to unlock screen time using the built-in focus timer

Why It Works

Not Rot uses a research-informed behavioral loop:
 Pause -> Learn -> Unlock.

Instead of mindless scrolling by default, screen time becomes an intentional reward you
earn through learning. You don't have to quit your favorite apps—you just earn the right to
 enjoy them without the shame.

Smart & Frictionless Learning

Creating decks takes seconds. Snap a photo of your textbook or handwritten notes, paste
lecture text, or ask the AI to generate a custom deck on any topic. Answering questions
feels like a quick game round, turning passive scrolling into active recall.

 Features

 - Magic AI Quiz Generation — Instant quiz creation from any topic or prompt
