## What is Not Today, Ex?

Not Today, Ex is a quiet space for moments when you want to contact someone you are trying to let go of.

Choose what you need:
• Write a letter without sending it.
• Backspace what you wish you could say.
• Take a calming ten-second pause.
• Keep unsent letters sealed until you are ready to revisit them.

Track the days you have kept your distance, notice your urge level, and celebrate every time you choose yourself.

There is no social feed, no pressure, and no message is ever sent. Your writing stays private on your device.

Not Today, Ex is a self-reflection tool and does not provide medical or mental health treatment.
