The app itself is great, but do expect any custom support. The only way to contact anyone is by email and they never respond. It’s been over a week since I’ve emailed both the customer support team and the owner with no response whatsoever.

When I first got this Notary Journal I thought oh just another journal! No Nick and his team thought about everyone in their development. I got the fingerprint scanner which is a game changer!!!! I love the customization of the app and if you do Remote Online Notarization guess what? Nick and his team got you covered ❤️❤️❤️. You can even talk to Nick via phone please tell me any other company where the CEO will talk to you, I will wait…..exactly. Get this app immediately!!!

This journal has made being a notary many times easier and better. I can now shave up to an hour off of a loan signing appointment. People are often taken by surprise when I whip out the thump print reader and they sign on my phone screen.  I was slow to make the switch, mostly due to the cost of the thump print reader. I wish I done it sooner. Don’t wait, just do it. You won’t regret it!!!

Deciding to use an eJournal was a great choice. Choosing the Notary eJournal was the best choice. This saves me so much time capturing the signer’s information and logging each notarization. I am so excited to now be able to capture each witness information for signings.

I was at first reluctant to switch to an online journal. But after having a couple conversations with the developer to get some questions answered I can say I never want to go back to paper.  I have a safe full of bound journals and this is so much better. It is easy to use and itbrings another level of professionalism to my notary appointments! I highly recommend this to any notary whose state allows it. And the level of support is unmatched in my experience.
