The software efficiently tracks mileage, expenses, and notary signings by category, making it incredibly easy to manage my finances. One of the standout features is the ability to run detailed P&L statements and mileage summaries for tax reporting, which has significantly simplified my year-end preparations. A special shoutout to Sue Hope and her amazing staff for their exceptional assistance in importing all my data from another platform. Their support and expertise made the transition seamless and stress-free. Notary Assist's platform is user-friendly and has saved me so much time and effort. I highly recommend it to any notary looking for a reliable and comprehensive accounting solution. ### 5/5 — Love Notary Assist *2024-08-04* I couldn’t live without Notary Assist for my business. on track with my calendar my invoicing how many customers I have and also my invoicing. When it comes time to do my reports, everything is in one place. At the end of the year, it makes it so much easier when I go to my accountant and I give her the reports and then we go from there and it’s just so much easier. Then she’ll tell me for the following year to make certain little changes for the following year to make it a little bit easier but it’s just minor changes . It makes bookkeeping so easy. I can easily see my unpaids to follow up on. I love the notes section and have gone back on transactions from a year or two ago and found needed info. The rescission calendar is readily available. It is set up extremely well to a signing agent organized. It also provides detailed financial reports. And, I can export data to provide to my accountant and bookkeeper as need so they can import into their software. And the best part is it is easy to use! I highly recommend Notary Assist! ### 5/5 — Fabulous Resource for Notaries! *2024-07-04* Notary Assist is a simple solution for busy notaries to manage the administrative aspects of running their business. I’m in my 2nd year of using it and wish I would have started much sooner! I love the integration with my Google calendar, as soon as I add a signing it’s on my calendar and with a tap on the location I’m on my way using Google Maps. Creating, sending, and tracking invoices is a breeze. You can track income, expenses, mileage, number & type of signings, and more. Lots of great features - one of my favorites is the ability to scan shipping barcodes for each signing using the mobile app. Customer service is amazing! If you ever need help, Sue is very responsive and kind. I used my own Excel sheet for years and it worked fine, but I have NO REGRETS about making the switch to Notary Assist. If you’re a notary this is all you need to keep track of your business. They are always adding updates to make the platform even better. I’ve tried other platforms but NotaryAssist is the one I’ve stuck with! ### 5/5 — Removes the guesswork *2022-08-30* One of the most valuable things I’ve learned over the years is to ask for help and find solutions that are already available on the market to solve my problems (which isn’t always an easy things to do) The problems I faced as a notary included learning the vast accounting practices and tax situations that I encountered as I got started, and found myself using too many different pieces of software (since I couldn’t find anything that was all inclusive) Fortunately, the people behind NotaryAssist already experienced those troubles, and addressed them with their software. I can’t put a price tag on alleviating stress, and I highly recommend checking them out if you are a notary ### 5/5 — Excel spreadsheet be gone! 👏 *2022-07-09* I resisted notary accounting software for 2 years. Finally took the plunge and I love this program. Easy to use, very clean looking, filters are great. I haven’t said to myself yet, “I wish it could do such and such…” I feel joy every time I open the program and see how nice and organized everything is which is perfect for us notaries who are a bit OCD that way! Can’t wait to use the app version. It also has several additional features that make like as a mobile notary just a little bit easier because of technology! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Deceptive *2025-05-06* It wasn’t really clear or I missed it if the trial would be 30 days or 20 signings which is why I didn’t sign up for it the same time I signed up for notary gadget. NG had 15 signings trial which gave me time to see if I liked it. NA on the other hand forced the 30 Day trial not giving me time to figure out if I liked it better or not. I can’t even move around the dashboard w/o being forced to sign up. For a new notary having a signing limit trial is more efficient than a day trial. My first 30 days I only had 3 signings. In a little over 2 months I’ve had 15+ so I was able to evaluate NG and decided to go with it. ### 5/5 — NotaryAssist is a must have! *2026-05-16* This program is affordable and easy to use.
