One thing I would love this app to do is to be able to track packages like on the web app. Not being able to click on the tracking number makes it cumbersome to track as it cannot be done through the app. And to make matters worse, you can’t even tap and copy the tracking number. I have two phones, and on both it’s having issues opening. I’ve updated it, uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s the same thing. I was even living in a rural area at the time. I would say since around 2024 was when I starting noticing some lag and glitches beginning to happen more often after certain updates, etc. Lately I don’t like how the app will not return to the same screen I was previously looking at simply due to switching to a different app on my phone. Another lag is when looking under the Paid section. It sometimes takes forever to load and go back to the Unpaid section. I briefly played around with it and it seems very easy to use just like the web based. For a solo notary, it is easily one of the most practical all in one tools available. It keeps records organized, simplifies tracking, and supports the day to day logistics of running a notary business. The only improvements I would suggest would relate to scalability. A few additional features that support larger teams or signing services would make this platform even stronger.
