## What is Notate?

Notate transcribes speech, music, and audio files entirely on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no subscription. Your audio never leaves the device.

Powered by an on-device Whisper model, Notate transcribes live from the microphone or from audio files you import—whether it's your voice, song lyrics, podcasts, or lectures. Everything runs locally, so it works on a plane, in a basement, anywhere, and nothing you say is ever uploaded.

FREE, FOREVER
- Unlimited live microphone transcription
- Transcribe music and lyrics
- Auto, Tiny, and Base models
- Full history, copy, and share
- 12 languages with auto-detect

VOXPRINT PRO, ONE PAYMENT
- Unlimited audio file transcription
- The Small model, the most accurate
- One purchase. Not a subscription, ever.

WHY VOXPRINT
- On device. Your voice stays yours.
- No account, no sign-up, no tracking.
- No monthly fee. Own it once.

Notate is built for people who want their words, music, and audio transcribed without uploading to a server.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.1 — 2026-10-04

Voxprint is now Notate. New app icon, and the floating Share button is gone for a cleaner screen.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-10-04

Fixed a model error that could stop the app from loading. Pro is gone: everything is unlocked for everyone. Every language Whisper knows is now in the picker. Cleaner settings and a blue look that matches the icon.

### 1.3.9 — 2026-09-21

Voxprint Pro is here: three file transcriptions are free, then a one-time $1 unlock for unlimited. Nothing leaves your device.

### 1.3.8 — 2026-09-09

Better accuracy out of the box. Auto now picks the small model on iPhone 12 and newer, and a new Most Accurate option is available in Settings.

### 1.3.7 — 2026-08-25

Updated App Store screenshots so the Pro screens match the app's current name, and corrected the privacy policy link. No changes to transcription itself - everything still runs entirely on your device.
