## What is Notch?

Track nicotine, alcohol, caffeine, and screen time in one app.

Notch shows your habits as a Robinhood-style chart — set a baseline, pick a goal, and watch the line bend down. No streaks that punish you for a slip. No forced language of addiction. Just data.

Pick one habit for free or track all four in Notch+. Log every entry in one tap or by voice with Siri. See how far below your starting point you've dropped, in real time.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
• Nicotine — pouches by mg
• Alcohol — standard drinks per day and per week
• Caffeine — coffee, espresso, energy drinks, tea, soda
• Screen time — auto-tracked from iOS, no manual entry needed

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
• Robinhood-style chart, color-coded to your goal line
• Rank ladder from Hooked to Clean — where do you sit today?
• Portfolio view — all your habits on one normalized chart
• Backfill past logs on a calendar when you forget
• Friends leaderboard — 6-character code, no login required
• Voice logging: "Hey Siri, log a beer in Notch"
• Home screen widget — one tap to log

NOTCH+ (OPTIONAL)
Free forever if you track one habit. Notch+ unlocks:
• All four habits simultaneously
• Portfolio cross-view
• 7-day free trial, then $4.99/month or $29.99/year

WHY THE CHART, NOT THE STREAK
Streaks are brittle. One bad day and the counter resets — like the last three months meant nothing. Notch shows the trend line instead. A week where you had two drinks is still a week where the line went down. Progress isn't binary.

PRIVACY
Everything lives on your device. iCloud sync is optional. Friends see only what you choose to share. No ads. Ever.

## Key features

- Log every pouch with one tap
- Set personalized taper plans
- Compare progress with friends
- Visualize daily consumption trajectory
- Mark days as Logged, Clean, or Untracked
- Level up based on weekly average reduction
- Daily check-in notifications

### 5/5 — Incredibly easy and useful

*2026-06-18*

I just got started and am already loving how simple the app is, but without being too simple or unuseful. I’m consistently disappointed with some other apps that claim to work similarly but this one seems to be an exception. Super excited to keep using it to help me out with my nicotine intake.

**Developer response:** Thank you very much for the feedback! We are delighted to hear that the app lands right in the wheelhouse of being simple, yet useful for you. Appreciate the support!

### 5/5 — Works (and looks) great

*2026-06-11*

Notch helps you track in a way that actually mirrors how you take nicotine pouches. Tracking at such a granular level is going to be a difference maker. Plus it looks great and is easy to use - compared to so many of these types of apps.

**Developer response:** We really appreciate the thoughtful feedback Smiffy!

### 5/5 — This is good

*2026-06-11*

Love the design and purpose. A lot of my friends use Zyn, and this app could really help them cut back. Sharing it with everyone I know who’s trying to quit.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback, kind words, and for sharing our app with those looking to cut down or quit their habit altogether. You're helping change the world for the better!

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2026-06-11*

App helps you manage and track your pouches. I haven’t quit them yet but I’ve gone down from 18 pouches a day to 6. It helps motivate you to keep the process going. Already pass this app out a few friends.

**Developer response:** Hey, getting from 18 to 6/day is a huge accomplishment and we are thrilled that our app helped you achieve that. Good luck in your journey!

### 5/5 — A must have for legends

*2026-06-10*

I was ripping pouches like they were going out of fash. It was time to look in the mirror and give that legend a talking to. Notch’s excellent data, analytics and UI gave me the confidence to uncover the man hiding underneath his own boyish exterior.

**Developer response:** We get it Tom.. it's hard to get perspective when you're living on the moon, as a legend does. But we're stoked to hear that our app was able to help you find your true self. Appreciate the feedback!

### 5/5 — Lower your upper decks

*2026-06-10*

### 5/5 — It’s good

*2026-06-10*

I’ll be honest with you. I have been going through a lot lately. Twice divorced. My parents just separated. The gambling. The lotto — and that’s basically gambling. But I was looking the Grim Reaper right in his eyes, and this nicotine pouch tracker helped me quit.

I don’t want to get into how I picked up the pouch habit. I was in Omaha, heading down to Arkansas for a show, and things got out of hand. Long story.

The taper plan is very intuitive. You set a baseline, a target, a finish date. It draws a curve of your nicotine going down. I have a lot of personal experience with things going down — my career, my second marriage — so this felt very natural.

Five stars. You don’t have to flush if you just pee, and you don’t have to quit cold turkey if you use Notch. Those are the two lessons I teach my children.

**Developer response:** Wow! Thank you so much for being so open about your struggles. Sounds like you've lived a colorful and exciting life, and we are thrilled that our app was able to help you reduce your nicotine intake so that Zyn dependency was one less thing on your plate. We wish you the best of luck wherever life takes you next.. hopefully to a new, long and fulfilling marriage!

### 5/5 — Shining light on my zyn usage

*2026-06-10*

This is a great app for quantifying my zyn use and putting it out there for myself and friends to see to make me accountable in my usage. It’s easy to get set up, use, and build my network to help my journey to reduce my dependence.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for the response! We're thrilled to hear that our app help you reduce your intake and that you took full advantage of the friends and community features. Keep it up and thank you for the feedback!

### 5/5 — Exactly what I was looking for

*2026-06-10*

I’ve been looking for an app like this for a while now, and this is exactly what I need to help me reach my goal of quitting!

**Developer response:** We thrilled to hear that Beeeeennn! We wish you the best of luck with your goal of quitting and we are here if you slip up and need to reset!

### 5/5 — Next level

*2026-06-10*

This is way better than your average quitting app. The homepage feels like my Robinhood homepage and it lets me compare my charts to my friends to compete on who’s doing better. Best in category IMO!

**Developer response:** Wow that means so much to us and that is exactly what we were going for. Thank you for your feedback. Please share with your friends!
