However as of the month or so, I’m having a complication with my long notes. I’m a writer and I tend to use my app to write my thoughts down, however as of recently if I go into a note and try to edit it and add to it, I can’t! This is literally driving me insane. Can someone please assist me with this issue. It works great for me. I will think of something that I know I would normally forget. For instance, An old TV or movie star who I want to look up. Something I want to get at the store. This app lets me forget, and I look it up later. They are missing one star, because I would like to have a choice to set it to open in the add note mode, or not...Your choice in the settings. I've checked to see if it need updating but it doesn't. It also doesn't save entire note, only beginning even tho I save as I'm typing. I've had to stop using it😐 I only keep the app because it has important notes from before that I'm unable to copy/paste. It'll close if I try it. ### 1/5 — Beware! Scam! *2024-01-24* Purchased the premium features and did not receive them. Now, the app cannot connect to app store and Developer is extremely busy and slow to respond. Sounds like a scam. Still requested a refund and reported to Apple! ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2018-02-12* I’ve had this app for about two years now and in that time I have requested a simple option be added to sort by color of the note. I received one response over a year ago that at this time they were working on launching a new app but would get this done soon. Fast forward a year and several messages later and I get zero response now when I send in requests. The app functions great and I use it for many things. If the developer would simply respond and update something so easy for the sort option, this would be a five star app for me personally. Right now I’m at a four star but because the developer has zero customer service...it gets one star. This could easily be changed though with a little customer service... ### 1/5 — Do not buy *2018-01-18* This was a good app, but no follow thru on customer service. The app has stopped working, quits soon as I launch it. Email support, all I get is a reply that they received it, nothing after that, have sent three emails and comments on their web site. No reply on fixing it. My guess they want you to buy the new app. ### 1/5 — Does not keep notes - they disappear *2017-07-25* I enter a note, it shows one note in the in box but when you click on the entry in the inbox there's nothing there. Close the program and reopen and the in box is empty. Doesn't do much god to write a note if they r going to just disappear! ### 1/5 — Does Not Stand Behind Promo *2017-04-30* Contacted to inquire why a promo for no cost was in fact the same demo that requires fee to unlock. No response until I wrote a review which pointed out to others the type of developer you are dealing with. This developer does not care is the long and short of it. If something is promoted as free -- stand behind it. Did not offer to solve -- just ranting. ### 1/5 — Bugs!!!!! Unusable!!!! *2016-11-08* great idea but ... - crashes if i alter folders then im completely locked out. only way to then recover data is if you have a backup, and even then all the formatting is gone. - initially shows folders as empty but if i go out then back in again all the files suddenly appear. - unusable since upgrading to IOS 10. the cursor is at one point in the note but the view being shown is at a completely different part of the note meaning that you cant see what you are typing - i have highlighted some of the issues to app owner a while back but nothing has been done ### 1/5 — NOT as advertised *2016-07-13* Nothing to offer unless you pay extra - misleading description.
