Does exactly what you want. Puts the text in the subject field. No silly subscriptions or anything like other similar apps on iOS.

I’ve tried a few of these apps and this is a decent lightweight effort. Very handy for quick notes. Would love to see it develop – swipe to send, photo and file picker for attachments, maybe even a white icon to add to the range included. One to watch!
