The only thing I wish it could do was print out a list of completed tasks and the date these tasks were completed. ### 4/5 — Potential To Be Amazing *2026-07-18, version 4.13* As someone with ADHD, I really love this app. It’s been incredibly helpful, and I have a few suggestions that I think would make it even better. * Sometimes when I use the Focus Timer, it doesn’t save the time I’ve spent on a task. I’d love for that to be more reliable. * It would be helpful to have an option to manually add focus time to completed tasks. There are times when I forget to start the timer but still want to accurately track the time I spent working. * I’d also love the ability to quickly add 15 or 30 minutes of focus time to an existing task when I need a little more time than originally planned. * Adding subtasks would be amazing for breaking larger projects into smaller, more manageable steps, especially for those of us with ADHD. * Lastly, I’ve been running into an issue where, after clicking on a task and then exiting the Focus Timer, the app automatically switches my to-do list to the next day instead of keeping me on the current day. Overall, this is a really great app, and I appreciate how thoughtfully it’s been designed. On routine tasks please improve options to allow every x weeks or every y days etc. Sometimes you have a 3 weekly repeating task or every 4 days etc which isn’t an option on this app. Also add option to reschedule x days from last completion rather than restrict to set days of the week. Otherwise really like the layout and usability. At first I was excited and really into it, but I realized I was spending more time organizing my tasks than actually doing them. Eventually, I ended up going back to my regular calendar and reminders app because that system works better for me. I’m giving it 3 stars because I don’t think it’s a bad app at all. It just wasn’t the right fit for the way my brain works. I also think reviews from people with ADHD can be helpful for others deciding whether an app might work for them, and in my case, this one didn’t. The tab ‘routine’ for me is a waste of a tab as I have that covered in my Calendar. Good app some way to go Update: Quick positive response from developer. My comments were not intended as criticism but more how I personally use the app. A few days have now passed since earlier comment so feeling a lot more confident that it will become a firm favourite. ### 5/5 — Best task/checklist app I’ve found *2026-04-29, version 4.02* I’ve searched near and far for the perfect note taking app that does to-do lists and daily checklists. This one definitely specializes in that niche of the market. ### 3/5 — Good app, but needs improvement *2026-04-25, version 4.01* I love this app’s layout and how it has tabs for your to-dos, routine, events and multiple checklists all in one place. But it is lacking in the reminders area. There is an option to add a reminder time (on time, 30 mins, 1 hr) when creating a todo item but the actual reminder alert never shows up on my phone. I do get alerts when I am in focus mode for certain tasks but I have no idea why I don’t for my to do tasks. This needs to be addressed by the developer! ### 5/5 — Had Potential *2026-04-22, version 3.99* Yet another great idea abandoned after a cash grab. No response from CS to known bugs via email or DM. Could have been great, but not worth the $ when compared to Apple Notes (which work). ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Notifications not working *2026-07-30, version 4.15* I’ve turned all the notifications in the app settings and my phone settings, but I still don’t receive any notifications. ### 1/5 — Features are not actually there *2026-07-13, version 4.11* Half of the promised features do not exist or do not work. The app costs $25 a year, and all you get for that is a literal to-do checklist, with the developer responding to each critical review with a “Sorry, we understand how frustrating it is when features don’t work.” If the features don’t work, don’t charge for the app as if they do. ### 1/5 — Expensive for an enotebook *2026-06-26, version 4.10* Every cool feature is “premium”. One question you didn’t answer was in regards to the advanced features for the lifetime payment. I don’t see any place where those features are listed. I’ve looked to your website. I’ve looked over the page in the App Store. I also don’t see any where in the app to pay for those features. I would like to know what the advanced features are before purchasing.
