The main selling point of using a watch to record and get insights from meetings seemed great… but this ended up being more of an add-on, experiment than a feature. The main app is hard to use, busy, and annoying. It’s hard to imagine anyone actually using this in the business world. ### 3/5 — Pictures don’t fit into the transcript! *2026-06-09, version 6.4* Despite it can take pictures during the recording, the picture just stays on the top of the notes and doesn’t move into the transcript based on its time stamp. I cancelled the trial immediately after my first use and even responded to their exit survey. To my surprise, they still charged me a full year's subscription despite the cancellation. ‼️‼️‼️‼️Don't waste your time on this product—choose a genuinely useful app managed by honest people. 📍 ### 1/5 — Updated - Starting with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *2026-05-17, version 6.3* Noted started out as a fantastic, fairly easy-to-utilize app and as an early adopter I didn’t have to pay the full ‘premium’ price they it’s at now, but even then, I had to pay to continue to use its ‘upgraded’ features. -⭐️ I appreciated the ability to dictate and type notes at the same time, although this feature has been available in other apps for sometime and the interface was difficult to navigate and at times the entire app just gave up and crashed. -⭐️ I recently came back to try Noted out again and was pleased at first with the overall experience until I went back and listened to the recordings taken and quite literally couldn’t hear my own voice even though my phone was next to my face while recording. I thought maybe this was a device error so I used other devices and the results were worse. -⭐️ At this point I stoped reviewing as I am quickly running out of stars and hoping the devs correct this. What killed it was the fact that you can’t hear the recordings taken. I didn’t use the app as there is was way to duplicate note or use template - raised with devs 2 or 3 years ago but gave up after a year of waiting. Today I wanted to acces some old notes only to realise I would have to pay full subscription to get access to them. Locked out of notes? Pathetic move really. Why is it even possible to download an app if you cannot use it without paying first? What is the point? Not coming back, I don’t like how they treat their customers. ### 1/5 — Deceptive likely, intentional, misleading business practices > unintentional $89.99 purchase. *2026-04-11, version 6.2.3* Downloaded this app today, opened it up, tapped through a couple of initial welcome screens, then got a splash page with a couple of options—one for a $6.99 subscription with No trial offered for the $6.99 monthly there is a $89.99 option but that’s considered a purchase not a subscription charge clever ain’t that something?, The affirmed $89.99 yearly plan shows in front of it something like “seven day trial/free with the “+.” This is intentionally deceptive. There’s no need to get a trial. Everybody already has one. The goal I believe is to confuse people into spending $89.99. They didn’t intend to. Shame wants a refund. I’ve submitted a request for a refund through Apple, if necessary, I will dispute the credit card transaction, I have reached out to the company support as well. By the way, the instructions they give you to cancel your trial let you nowhere. It doesn’t show up in subscriptions in iOS settings and when you look at your Apple ID account it shows a purchase BBB report if not refunded ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-03-12, version 6.2.1* Extremely frustrating experience. However, if the app offloads, change phones or over time your purchase is no longer recognised. Restore purchases fails and only defects the end of any old subscription you may have had prior to paying for the lifetime option. Not being able to use a product you have paid in full for is wrong on every level. I have reported this before and never received a reply. I did regain access some time later after reporting but this has happened multiple times since I purchased this app and I’m currently locked out again. Think twice before paying for lifetime unless the developer respond to my post here and issue a fix and explanation. Should the devs respond, fix and explain, I will give this app a review based on the working application and confirm that it is fixed. Spoiler; when it works it is very good so this really is a shame that something which is likely nothing to do with the apps logic is letting it down in such a significant way.
