5/29/26 Update: iCloud sync works for logs but doesn’t sync new checklists

Previous (amended).
Thank you for implementing some of my suggestions.

Some additional things I’d like to suggest:

- Swipe to complete option (useful for things you track multiple times a day and faster than having to untoggle and toggle).
✔️ Multiple tags per item
- Location tracking (optionally set).
- Be able to add our own image for custom themes
✔️ Hourly reminders — every x hour, etc (useful for activities that occur multiple times a day) 🗒️ But can only be set to every hour.
✔️ Setting to remove AI tab for those who don’t use it
- Additional field types multi-select options, single select options, rating, url field, strings (for additional note fields), etc.
- Start / end time option with optional timer for tracking durations
- Option to sync reminders to Reminders app
✔️ Option to sync logs to calendar app for certain activities
- Roadmap for app
- Allow us to vote on future possible features to participate in development
- Lifetime purchase option

I know that is a lot but after testing dozens of activity loggers still looking for the perfect one. This has a lot of potential to be that, particularly with the checklist linking feature and is one of the nicest designed and nicest looking that I’ve tried.

### Original review:

Like the simplicity and well thought out UI and unique extra notepad functionality and handy built in search (few trackers have this).

Few wishes:
✔️ iCloud sync between devices
- Custom categories for number tracking
- Watch app
- User custom themes for a slash of color

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review!

### 5/5 — I liked the app so much!

*2025-07-06*

I seriously love everything about NotedThat! It’s super simple but so useful for keeping track of all the little things I usually forget. The green switch toggle is such a cool touch — it makes logging stuff quick and satisfying, loved it 😆.

Can’t wait for the iPad version and the auto-sync between devices because that will make it even more perfect. Huge thanks to the developers for making such a thoughtful app!

Widgets would be so so so helpful too!!!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your review! We're really happy to hear that this app has been helpful for you.
