It's once those items are in the app that my struggles begin. I need to shift to my MacBook to obtain the text in Noteflow. But getting the text out of the app is a struggle. I have to copy and paste and that loses all formatting so an hour transcript becomes a text dump with no paragraph breaks. I would love a simple expert to RTF. That would instantly make this an app I could recommend. ### 2/5 — Stops working *2026-06-24* I have been using this app for 6 months. Initially it was a god send and now it keeps saying ‘can’t process Audio’ I’m so stressed. Also if you’re in a meeting and someone calls you - it stops recording the meeting. This has caught me out a few times. Then when you press ‘resume meeting’ it looses all the meeting audio you had already recorded!!!!!!!!!! ### 3/5 — Spend money elsewhere probably *2026-06-23* This app was working really well until it all of a sudden just didn’t. None of my recordings process or stick anymore and I’m literally paying $10 a month for this. Really unhappy with everything, I have to record all of my meetings and the last few meetings. I now have no notes for my processing just not working anymore? The transcription isn’t the greatest and I wish there was an easier way to share or export the notes. Anytime I have ever tried or download the Notes. Nothing happens and nothing saves. I wouldn’t waste the money buying this app, time to find something new. Canceled my subscription as of today and I’ll eat the money on not having any viable recordings since last paying. ### 3/5 — App stops working *2026-06-12* Even with a yearly subscription the app doesn’t allow you to download summaries or audio recordings. It repeats a lot of words even if they weren’t spoken. There is no way to quickly delete old recordings. You have to go into each one. The ability to export the transcript to a pdf stopped working. Reaching out for support is difficult. The email address is buried in the FAQ section. There is no direct link to email them. This app has so much potential but it needs a lot of work! Update: I have the latest version and the transcript export still doesn’t work. I also sent an email but have not received anything back. I can’t understand why you wouldn’t fix the app. What kind of business model is this to get a customer for one year then lose the customer due to poor performance and support? I have to figure out how to work around this. I didn't answer the phone or even know that the call had come in until I did a random check to see if the app was still recording. I just wish there was a way it automatically saves what you previously recorded if they were going to stop. Disgusting company. ### 2/5 — No Free Option anymore *2025-05-24* Listen, I think it’s fine if you want to charge for your app. Honestly, it’s a pretty good one, but unfortunately, for the people who rarely use it, it’s absolutely not worth six dollars a week. Since you acquired it from the previous software developer, you have made it extremely difficult to get old summaries that I already had there regardless of continuing to use your app. For this one reason I’m out. It would’ve been nice if you would have sent a note to say not only that you had acquired the application, but that you intended to change it to a pay only application, and that existing users should get their data out of your app if they didn’t want to convert to a $24 a month subscription. A three day free trial does not count as Freemium. My email to support was returned undeliverable. ### 1/5 — Started well then failed *2026-02-12* The app for me started well but then went to update my subscription and that’s where things started to go wrong as it would not let me do any of the features despite me being charge 2 yearly subscriptions.
