Totally unsuited for the type of learning that I have to achieve, which is more comprehensibility of longer text than anything..Notefuel is the first app that gives me the freedom to study longer passages, and does not restrict me to memorization of question and answer notecards. It’s so easy to turn textbooks into notes using this app with multitude of options like OCR , images and text . And then retrieval and revision is so effective using the spaced repetition algorithms and flash cards . One unique feature I loved is the use of Artificial intelligence to create auto flashcards !! However , I would love it if the developers could give a manual option as well to hide the words we want . Besides that , the management of the notes is really simple with folders and topics system . iCloud sync and sharing notes with others is made super easy and there is live responsive support inside the app to address any hiccups or help needed ! When I needed help initially , they replied back in a matter of 1-2 hours !! All that in one app , shows the extent the developers have gone to simplify the note making and revision needs of students . Verdict : no matter what notes apps or systems one currently uses , this app will still enhance her study system via some of its features that she won’t find anywhere else !! ### 5/5 — Terrific App *2020-04-13, version 1.20* Easy to use...Saves to Google Docs...i can't ask for more...Thank you Notefuel!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2025-01-05, version 1.39* I’ve been using the app for 3 days and this app has been horrible for me I tried to use the scan note thing to make flashcards it didn’t work I personally just thought I wasn’t doing it right so I contacted the operator and asked them how to make flashcards and they responded with “noelfuel support will reply as soon as they can “ I was like okay but the next day came and I still didn’t get the question answered and this is the third day with no response the poor customer service has made me want to delete the app Notefuel needs to fix their current customer support ### 1/5 — Loses my notes! *2020-03-29, version 1.19* I tried it 3 times. Each time my notes mysteriously disappeared! Very annoying. No way to format with fonts, font size, bold or outline format! I’m done. ### 2/5 — Charges on my debit card *2022-08-07, version 1.38* It was a good app but they charged me $49.00 on my debit card only after using it for a month. I unsubscribed and note fuel says thats what you pay for a year but they charged me that amount anyway. Needed flash cards plus notes that I could save. this one has both for me, but there’s one thing I reallly want to be added, the ability to underline as many parts of the note as needed rather than one phrase. that way I can fill each sentence in an challenge my memory more. also, there’s no one time fee. biggest drawback easily :( subscriptions feel permanent. if you must charge, please give a reasonable option to do it once, I’d pay for it that way most likely **Developer response:** Thank you for this kind review. The only thing I dislike is the limits imposed on people without premium, but I understand that they’re team needs the money to keep the app running. ### 4/5 — This app is the ishh!
