Tried to transcribe notes from a YouTube video but twice after pasting the link, it tells me that I need to ensure the video has a transcript and is under 2 hours even though it’s a 40 minute video. After the 2nd try, it just kept directing me to signing up for their membership. Rubbish. Offered a 80% discount monthly and charged me a year for no reason! Apple and the developers declined any refund! Super disappointed with this app and Apple be careful what you sign up for ! I am aware it is my mistake for mixing up the date the free trial ends, but I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have yet to hear back. As a college student, this is extremely unaffordable and although it may be useful, it is not worth the money. I asked for money back and have not heard from anyone.
