Bună ziua! Sunt profesor și utilizez aplicația dvs. de pe iPhone 16 Pro Max, sistem de operare IOS actualizat la zi! Aplicația dvs. o actualizez, de asemenea, este la zi! 
Aplicația dvs. se blochează de fiecare dată când rămâne în fundal activă. Nu o închid definitiv. 
Glisez în sus pentru a deschide telefonul, apare meniul principal, apoi glisez din nou în sus, aleg Note în catalog și ecranul se face alb. Asta se întâmplă adesea. Pentru a o putea accesa din nou închid forțat aplicația, o caut pe ecran și apoi se deschide abia. 
Părerea mea este că astfel de situații nu trebuie să existe la sistemul de operare IoS. 
Mulțumesc și am speranța că această situație se va rezolva! 
Se pierde timp din oră!

Bună ziua ! Vă rog să remediați problema pe care o întâmpin deja de două zile, și anume imposibilitatea de a mă conecta la aplicație pe rețeaua 4G a telefonului. Menționez că versiunea de IOS pe care o am este 17.2. Vă mulțumesc!
