## What is NoteMate?

NoteMate turns a recorded lecture into notes, flashcards and a quiz — so the hour you spent listening becomes something you can actually revise from.

No bot joins your call. No setup. Press record in the lecture hall, a seminar, or a meeting — or import a recording from Voice Memos or any app — and NoteMate does the rest.

THE LEARNING LOOP

1. Transcript
Accurate transcription with speaker labels and timestamps. Watch it appear live while you record, then search it later for the one thing you half-remember.

2. Notes
Six summary modes, so the notes match the recording: Lecture, Notes, Action Items, Interview, Standup and Brainstorm. Lecture mode breaks a session into sections you can revise from.

3. Flashcards
A deck built from your notes or the full transcript, ready to flip through on the bus. Edit any card — regenerate the deck later and your edits are kept.

4. Quiz
Multiple-choice questions from the same lecture, with an explanation for every answer, including the wrong ones. A mistake teaches you something instead of just marking you down.
