I’m surprised a brand like this offers such a low quality app. I preferred their previous app for loyalty that actually worked and you didn’t need to keep a separate app just to get your loyalty points there. Hopefully they’ll improve soon! ### 5/5 — Loyalty card not working *2022-09-28, version 4.8.3* Signed up but the supposed “free coffee” didn’t work, so the guy in the shop had to give me a physical loyalty card. When I tap on the “redeem a card” button, the card simply flips over… it’s not added to the order. The staff in the shop were unable to help, it seemed as if they’d never used the app themselves.
